MY PINK TIME
today I wanna show you something nice of course like every day 🙂 so let’s talk about the it-color PINK! lately I have seen so many pink things from makeup to accessories. I also found this pink wool cardigan on SALE and it goes perfectly with my pink lips and nails.

this year’s trend or it-color will be pink 🙂 I think it is a bit silly to name a year color. for me one color would not be enough as I love to wear bright clothes. last year’s color was RADIANT ORCHID – so in fact I am actually wearing last year’s color on my nails 🙂

#what’s your everyday fragrance?
mmmhhmm I gotta name more than one as it’s impossible for me to only have one. I often use the CHLOÉ original or the MODERN MUSE by Estée Lauder. I also got the CHLOÉ love story and the MODERN MUSE CHIC by Esteé Lauder but I don’t wear them so often – I rather use them for special occasions.

3 amazing colors – very bright and vibrant! my most favorite is the orange one called MARGARITA MAMBO – a perfect everyday color for fingers and toes! my second favorite is the HULA ARUBA as I am lately a bit into blue nailpolishes (STRIPLAC SURFIN USA) my third favorite is the RADIANT ORCHID the color of SPRING 2014 a true must-have color!

a couple of days ago I told you about the Alessandro Striplac Starter Kit and that I really had a good start and that I got some more colors to try and have fun with! so, here we go!
I will start from left to right (see photo above)

a very nice and dark plum color

a very light beige perfect for a nude mood! It looks amazing with golden jewelry and tanned skin!

which is your favorite color?

its a big thing these days to do your nails like a pro at home. I question that and therefore had to try the Starter Kit by Alessandro. You get a red nailpolish, a clear twin base and top, a file, a cleaning pads and the most important UV/LED lamp. I read the manual and then started to do my left hand leaving out the thumb. After cleaning my nails with the cleansing pad, mmmhhmm, they smell like apricot! I start with the clear Twin and let it dry in the lamp for 60 seconds, then I apply the color and again I let it dry in the lamp for 60 seconds. As the last step I again apply the twin polish and I really make sure to cover the tip of my nails. now on to the right hand, which of course is always a bit harder than the left hand.. the same procedure: twincoat on 4 fingers (leave thumb out) dry for 60 seconds, then apply color, let it dry for 60 seconds and then finish with the twin polish and let it dry for 60 seconds. now I do the exact same thing to my thumbnails. Now all my fingernails are painted and I clean the top with the cleansing pad. It looks so nice and the best thing is: IT IS DRY! Wow! I was really amazed!
The product claims to last up to 10 days and I can tell you it lasts even longer on my nails.. 🙂 I got more colors and tried the product on my friends nails. I will show you all the different colors in another post, stay tuned!
How to remove the nailpolish?
thats a very simple step, you just have to peel it off. I have never had problems to remove the nailpolish but I read that there is a peeloff oil in order to remove the nailpolish.
I have to admit that I really didnt expect such a nice result! It was easy to apply and it last for more than 2 weeks! I can therefore highly recommend this product.
NOTE: some of the nailpolishes tend to pull back, it must sound weird now but if you have tried this and experienced the same you will know what I mean 🙂 so when this happens try to dry each nail after painting for 10 seconds, like this it will not run back and you can continue to paint the rest and then dry all fingers for another 60 seconds.

LETS TALK ABOUT FEET
Are you all ready for Spring Summer Season? Are you ready to wear your slingback- and peeptoepumps? Well, I am NOT! And thats why I was very happy to see the ALESSANDRO PEDIX collection and the new TWEEZERMAN SoleMate Tools! In Switzerland they stock them at MANOR, GLOBUS, JELMOLI and AMAVITA but I am sure you can find these products in your country aswell.
My main problems are my dry feet and heels. So the pedix FEET Heel Smoothing Stick is perfect for that! The product claims: “Its the ideal treatment for targeted relief of dry, cracked heels. Active ingredients like Panthenol, Allantoin and Urea immediately care for the skin and protect against new formation callus.” I have started to use this stick every other night and I can already feel a difference the morning after.
What do I do before I apply the stick? I use the new TWEEZERMAN SoleMate Tools. It consists of 2 tools: a File and a Smoother. Soak your feet in lukewarm water, then scrub with Tweezerman’s Sole Mate Foot File and Smoother.
Have you heard about the pedix FEET Purifying Energy Pads?

The box contains 14 stickers and herbbags for a 7 day treatment. I started 2 days ago and I am really amazed by the effect it has to my feet. When I apply the herbbags at night, they are dry and have a rather light beige color. In the morning when I remove the pads, the herbbag is rather wet and turned almost black. So something is happening over night!
