my friend Ania used to work for this brand. and to be honest before that I didnt know the brand at all. too bad as they dont have a shop in switzerland. hopefully soon!! so of course when I was in London during the Fashionweek I had to visit the LK BENNETT shop. I visited the one at ROYAL EXCHANGE and I asked the shopassistant if I could take some photos for my blog of me wearing their shoes. I left her my card and she promised to get back to me as soon as possible. and infact she did and I got permission to shoot in their shop the next day. thanks so much again!

RILEY thats the name of the heel I fell in love with – it comes in 3 colors – rose – silver and black – but of course I am more a fan of the lighter colors and I prefere the rosa or silver as theses shoes are perfect for spring summer!

when I strolled thru the showrooms of Somerset House during London Fashionweek I discovered this amazing London fashionlabel called Marwood. aww.. their knitted wool socks are so cool and also the monochrome scarves are really nice. see more here >>

aaww.. ladies..this was such a nice show. whilst watching the show I could really feel myself in Winter 2014/15 wearing these gorgeous pieces! the materials and colors are so wonderfully chosen and very soft grey and lightblue are combined with a very powerful red. I love it!!

“Heiðmörk was proclaimed a municipal conservation area of Reykjavík in 1950. It is located southeast of Elliðavatn, Iceland, and is about 6 miles (9.7 km) from the city of Reykjavík. the handout says: “..the collection is inspired by the story of Carmen by Bizet, set in colourful Seville, Spain. It explores the heat and intesitiy between two young lovers. It is a fearless collection that represents the confident and exotic nature of carmen. Garvida takes inspiration from traditional Spanish costumes and patterns and translates it into contemporary cuts with flowing frills; reminiscent of the vibrant traditional scarves and hand printed tiles from the nineteenth century. For this collection designer Jasper Garvida has combined texture and prints, a bold and fresh choice from one who is known for his monochrome palette. The intense red and mediterranean blue colours reflect the inner passion and desire from Bizet’s Carmen and the collection has an understated sexual tone and vulnerable beauty.”
