COS spring dresses

these are my lovely new COS spring dresses and they are perfect for the current weather situation in Basel, Switzerland. I got a navy one with a small collar and a beige one with V neck and they can be worn with skinny jeans or bare legs, with heels or sandals.

are you all ready for summer? I am so ready and at the moment making plans for our summer vacation somewhere in the south. I miss the beach and I know that after a week of beach and fun I can go back to work a lot more relaxed. I am def a beach person and I love swimming in the sea/ocean. if I had more time I would fancy I trip to California but for a week and a half thats just way too short for such a far trip. where do you go for your summer vacation? please let me know in the comments below – curious to see where you are all going.

as you can see in the photo above the dress is made out of two materials: silk and a very light kind of merino wool. I had so much fun wearing this beige dress on our short weekend trip to beautiful Cassis where C took all of these lovely photos.

beige and navy are two very elegant colors, especially in these two materials: silk and wool. when I spotted them inside COS Strasbourg I was so excited and knew that I am going to wear them a lot. the thing with beige dresses is that you need well fitted nude underwear and for my taste I always love to add a bit of color to the outfit, like my green vintage FENDI bag.

I wanna capture all my leather and fake leather jackets and make them more diverse by showing them in different outfits. I have a black one by C&A a black one with a white collar by FIZZEN, a black and white actez pattern one by TALLY WEIJL, an oversized black fake leather jacket by C&A, a brown fake suede by ESPRIT, a brown leather jacket by EDWIN and a brown/grey one by KOOKAI. I really can not complain and I am totally not in the need of a leather or fake leather jacket – I can work with the given : )

JUNE is here and the temperatures dropped 15 ° C lets hope for better weather during ART Basel. well today I was wearing my comfy new grey pants with the new XXL hat and layering helped. the pants where on SALE for 5 CHF – what a bargain! the hat is for the hot summer days – I cant wait!

mixing different greys is one of my favorite things and I realized that I have a ton of grey clothes. at the moment I am putting together my outfits for the ART BASEL week and I also found a wonderful dress by ARMANI JEANS via zalando.ch – have a look here >>

I am so in love with my new XXL hat : ) and I have already worn it on a sunny day at the rhein. people gave me funny looks but thats not my problem. anyway I hope this outfit was inspiring and lets see what tomorrows forecast brings. HAPPY TUESDAY!

NEW leather jacket

aaw, I finally took the photos of my new leather jacket that I have found on SALE at the EDWIN outlet in Weil am Rhein, Germany. 90 Euro instead of 450 Euro – another bargain! EDWIN is a japanese brand from tokyo and the jacket is from the MEN section – hahahahaha, yeah, I know, this happens a lot to me – I often end up in the MEN department and I always find something nice – I would be for a neutral department – women – men and both <3 today I am also wearing a shirt and turtle neck from the men department. the shop next door to EDWIN is the CARHARTT outlet and there I have found another super bargain – a nice beige wool scarf for 10 Euros.

COS OPENING in Zurich

last night was the COS store opening in Zurichs Niederdörfli. the event was a blast! lots of fashionable, stylish people were invited and were given 30% discount for the whole COS collection. thats when the nightmare 🙂 began!

last nights catering was directly sent from heaven! I didnt try anything because I am very picky with food – but my dear friend Dushka volunteered and tried all the different dishes and all of them were not only really delicious but also very creative and looked stunning!

at COS I found something for me and something for Cristian – both sweaters in burgundy. If you didnt know berry and burgundy colors will be HUGE this fall/winter season. the items will be soon on the blog 🙂
