MERRY CHRISTMAS

today is christmas and I wanna show you my outfit for the day. I found 2 new things – the grey skirt at H&M and the lovely black down vest from C&A. the production of down feathers can be very cruel to the birds and therfore I had to ask C&A how they were dealing with animal cruelty. they gave me a handout that stated that the down feathers used were only from birds that have been already killed due to meat industry. I wanted to share this with you as I am sure this really matters to you aswell. so in that sense I wish you all a lovely christmas eve! xx

winter socks and funky shoes – these are my two newest things. I absolutely love to wear thick comfy wool socks in winter and I was really happy to have found these at MANOR in basel but they are actually made by ESPRIT. did you know that you can get an ESPRIT friends card and collect points when shopping. I just got my overview and got a voucher for 25.90 CHF. will soon be spending this amount or more (like always) at the SALE at ESPRIT basel. the shoes I have found at BATA on SALE yay! what an amazing color – RED – I am totally going for this particular red. such an easy way to wear a jeans – t-shirt – blazer look in a different way because they are not sneakers but also not ballerinas. although I totally agree that they look rather sporty than elegant. I am already looking forward to wear both of the pieces in different outfits for the blog. stay tuned. xx

oohh that would be lovely to have snow for christmas and therefore it cant harm to show you my white outfit. it looks a bit crazy to wear barefeet in december but I am also wearing fur soles inside my ballerinas and let me tell you this really does make a difference. today I will be spending most of my time inside in the warm anyway 🙂

a rather casual and comfy outfit that I am showing you today. but I am very happy with my newest purchase of jeans. in fact they are my new favorite jeans. I found out that the perfect length for me is to buy short sizes. luckily C&A runs short (and long) sizes and the 36 short fits me perfectly. another favorite of mine is the NINO BOLLAG jacket – a great piece to slack over almost every outfit. I guess thats why it is a favorite. when I think about my favorite clothing items I see that many of them can be worn in various ways with lots of different other things. what is your favorite piece? let me know. xx

that is something rather unusual for me. I hardly ever wear a complete black outfit. and it is funny that even when I try to wear a complete black outfit I still find one or two things that are not black – today it is my light grey tights.

sooo in love with my new ÖGON quilted silver clutch. it works perfectly with my new C&A coat and soon the outfit will be on the blog. Its grey outside and my outfit camouflages with the surrounding – concrete and grey sky! but this is exactly the fun part about it – mixing different shades of grey.

something that I have been seeing a lot lately: skirts with lace. and I wanted to see how I can wear this look in many different ways. here is one of the looks. I have found the skirt here and I think it runs rather big. I ordered size 36 and I feel its a tiny bit big around my waist but I didnt want to send it back and felt like wearing it right away.

hello stan, you are now on my feet and I hope you like it! ha, I wanted a pair of white sneakers forever and finally I bought myself some at the pomp it up store in Basel. the Adidas Stan Smith sneakers are available in green and blue and as I hardly wear green I aimed for the blue ones. ever since I got these I was wearing them with style. stay tuned to see my sneaker outfits. xx

when I saw Cristians jeans hanging like this on the hook of his closet I had to get my camera and capture it. I think if one wanted to drape jeans like this it would take hours and he just did it randomly and not on purpose 🙂
