MATCHMASTER CONCEALER
something new something nice! yay, I really love the new M.A.C matchmaster concealer as I was already a fan of the matchmaster foundation. what a nice creamy finish and I love the fact that the shade perfectly blends in with your skin tone. It is a creamy stick – perfect for underneath the eyes and to get rid of my redish parts on my cheeks.
I am also using the MINERALIZE CONCEALER this one is a rather liquid concealer with a wand and I use this one to conceal spots. as I have fine lines around my eyes I prefer to use the MATCHMASTER around my eyes as it doesnt show the lines it rather conceals them.

I went thru my collection of beauty products and found quiet a lot of nice fall colors, 15 to be precise. let me list them below. for me the two most important things about wearing darker lipsticks are to have a very even nice skin and exfoliated lips!

in fall I also love to wear darker tones on my nails and I am so happy with the STRIPLAC dark violet – the OPI in the cable car pool lane – MALVA las vegas and ALESSANDRO love affaire. when I look at my beauty stuff I can see a lot of different bronzing poswers and a huge variety of lipsticks. well no surprise to me – as these are my two favorite parts to apply makeup: cheeks and lips!

let me start the day by showing you my new products by BENEFIT and WET’N WILD. my awesome mom brought me these goodies from the united states and I already played around with some of them.
there is one piece by the FERGIE collection of WET’N WILD its called ON EDGE and its an creme eyeliner in a pot with a brush – the shade is called little black dress. such a sweet name!
then I got two of the WET ‘N WILD MEGA LINER in 863 TURQUOISE and 860 BLACK SPARKLE, a BALM STAIN in 124 LADY AND THE VAMP and a IDOL EYES stick in gold (who are you wearing).
last but not least there is the amazing BENEFIT BROW ZINGS medium that I always wanted and now finally have 🙂 the brow set contains 2 colors and 2 brushes and a tiny tweezer.

thats the name of the Clarins Fall Makeup Collection 2014 and the main focus on this collection is the OMBRE MATTE eyeshadows trend. they launched 6 new colors, an ECLAT MINUTE base fixante for the eyes, the SOURCIL PRO KIT, the 3 DOT LINER in brown, a new OMBRE MINERALE quad palette, four new ROUGE ECLAT lipstick shades and the BLUSH PRODIGE 07 in tawny pink.
I totally went for the OMBRE MATTE in the color TAUPE, the 3 DOT LINER in brown, the ECLAT MINUTE BASE FIXANTE YEUX and the CANDY ROSE ROUGE ECLAT lipstick.
beautiful colors, awesome consistency and very easy to apply. especially the 3 dot eyeliner makes it very easy to draw a nice subtle line above the lashes. the piece that I have used the most so far is the lipstick but thats no surprise to me as I go thru lipsticks super fast because I wear lipstick almost every day 🙂 thank you CLARINS at MANOR Basel for this chic makeup bag – totally love it and I am a bit tempted to wear it as a clutch.

SMOKE AND MIRRORS
thank you Jessy for being my model for this blogpost – you did an amazing job! I got the CLINIQUE all about shadow quad at the bloggers event a couple weeks a go and I was eager to try it out. I got number 09 in the shade smoke and mirrors. four beautiful colors – a light silver – a light grey – a sparkling black with silver particles and a black. I used all of the four colors on Jessys eyes.
I started with the lightest color and I applied it allover the lid. then I applied the second color the light grey in the crease and smooshed it out towards the middle of the eye. then I went in with the sparkling black and colored the outer v the last step I did was I took the fourth color the black one and I used it as an eyeliner allaround the eye. thats it – four simple steps for a dramatic smokey eye look!

I really like the smoke and mirror quad palette – a perfect thing to travel with as it has soft and more bold colors in different shades of grey. another favorite of mine is the long last soft matte lipstick – the color matte petal is absolutely beautiful – I could wear this color everyday! certain things that I have to use a bit more are the all about eyes eye primer – I have used it once and I liked it but I can not really tell you if I like it better than my other primers – I need a bit more time for that and I have not used the brown quickliner for eyes intense yet but actually I never had issues with pencils.

last week I was invited to the press conference of Estée Lauder in Basel at the Radisson Blu Hotel. as every time the ladies from Estée Lauder prepare a lovely room and inform us about the latest news and what has happened during the year. thank you very much for inviting me! there are many new products and honestly I have no idea where to start 🙂 so I will just quickly name the products from left to right and will get back to you later with individual reviews and first impressions about each product. I left out the new PURE COLOR VELVET nailpolishes and will show them to you in a separate blogpost!

the zalando summerhouse was a blast, I can not say it often enough: it really was a blast. I met lovely bloggerfriends and was able to relax the entire weekend in a lovely castle called HERZFELDE in the beautiful nowhere of Brandenburg, Germany. #lorealparisde was in charge of hair and makeup and I chose the brow focused look and a simple hairstyle. Actually there were 3 hairstyles to choose from but seriously I didnt like any of them and I guess my hair must have been a lot longer for the planned hair do’s. big hair was the theme and lots of backcombing teasing and lots of hairspray, all of these things are not really my cup of tea 🙂 anyway, I was happy that I was able to straighten my hair and wear the lovely brow focused makeup. I will soon show you pictures of my complete look, stay tuned!

the names of the new Fall collection are kicking ass! How did they come up with such creative and funny names! 12 new colors! great job! but not only the names are blowing me away it’s the colors too! the new collection varies between warm brown tones and soft red and radiant purple!
my favorite one is the Can’t aFjörd Not To – that you can see in the photo above. a bright and warm coral orange. I love it!

MOODY BLOOMS
pink, violet, ivy to name just a couple of colors from the new limited edition by maccosmetics. the eyeshadows have a nice metallic shimmer and the lipsticks are either pink or berry/plum colored and make a nice contrast. I got the bre for beauty powder blush, lust extract lipstick and the lucky green veluxe pearl eye shadow and I love them all. stay tuned to see me wearing these gorgeous products.
