yay – I can finally show you yesterdays result of the photo shooting. I love the shirt and I was told that it is very comfortable to wear. so for the people who have not read my previous post – read more here >>http://www.isawsomethingnice.ch/saleduck-x-asos<< I ordered this grey flannel shirt and a pair of blue cropped pants at the ASOS onlineshop and got a discount using a SALEDUCK.ch code. this is a very simple everyday look and the shirt is perfect for this inbetween season weather. in case you re hot just roll up the sleeves, but for sure you will not use a jacket during the days.. at least not here in basel at the moment. I am sure that this was a great choice as it can be worn with almost every color. the flannel gives the grey a very nice mixed structure so that it can even be worn with different shades of grey. I could also see this shirt in a more elegant way with black pants and leather shoes. lets see if C wants to take more photos for the blog and if so I will of course share them with you. but for sure you will get to see the outfit with the blue cropped pants.

the best thing about fall is that I can enjoy a hot bath tub again, I love to take baths and soak in the tub for almost an hour : ) so yesterday I repurchased my beloved DRESDNER ESSENZ bath scents, they are amazing, for only 1.50 CHF you have a lovely smelling either relaxing or stimulating bath scents, with bubbles or without. I am not sponsored by them : ) I just really love their products. I will soon get more into details about their bath scents.

this is a very casual way of wearing a crop top as I am not wearing any heavy jewelry nor other accessories other than my small black earrings. in my opinion black and pink go well but its a thin line, sometimes it can look really really cheap, I hope you agree that this look doesn’t.
how to wear crop tops?
I love to wear crop tops with high waisted pencil skirts. crop tops can be either loose or fitted. in case you are not a skirt person and you have a very nice belly to show the world, but really only then, you can wear a crop top with a nice pair of boyfriend jeans. I have an oversized loose cashmere crop top that I was wearing with destroyed boyfriend jeans before but since the top is rather oversized you can not really see my belly : ) so as I said I prefer to only show a tiny line between top and bottom, I find somehow the crop top outfits look a bit more elegant and less revealing like that. I am not a teenager anymore ; ) and I also dont have Miley Cyrus as my role model, chchchchchch.

I got a pair of new jeans – yay and they fit perfectly. people you know that I dislike shopping for pants and jeans but sometimes I am very lucky, like in that very case with my new pair of LEVI’S711 skinny jeans that found their way into my closet.
hands down, these are my most favorite skinny jeans, they are very comfy and light to wear and what I love most about them is the washing, so in love with this shade. FALLEN ROCKS is the name of this wash and it goes with everything, black, blue, different colors and brown.

this is a real up and down mix aka old and new mix as I am wearing a vintage VALENTINO miss V silk blouse that I have found at the fleamarket, the new LEVI’S jeans, the LANVIN blazer for the H&M collection and my new white leather lasercut pumps from BATA that I have found on SALE. lots of older things mixed with new things. so again, it doesnt matter how much you spend on your outfit, its the way you wear it, your attitude that will make it look even better. I have literally spent 20 CHF for the vintage silk blouse 🙂 what a bargain. keep your eyes open!

finally I can show you my ART BASEL outfit and the cool thing for you is that the pieces are on SALE now – yay. I found this lovely jersey dress by ARMANI JEANS and the super comfy flat shoes by MARCO TOZZI. the dress is now 90 CHF instead of 175 CHF and the shoes are 23 CHF instead of 41 CHF – thats a nice deal!
I got back from my one week vacation in sicily, castellammare del golfo to be precise, and oh boy it was super nice there. and now you might wonder why I am so happy, for sure not about the weather! no, I am happy because I got all my tickets and invitation ready for next week and at the moment I am deciding what to wear. so many options I bet you know what I mean. last week I went to the STÃœCKI shopping center in basel and it is one of these places where I go with my mom, we always have a nice parkingspot right in front of the entrance and we can talk about private stuff, grab a delicious juice and walk around. there is hardly anybody in the shopping center, ever since it has opened so many shops have closed and half of the second floor is closed.. so it is quiet a drag to see that but really cool to go shopping as you have all the space for yourself and there will be always a free changing room : ) so when I was there last week I saw the big SALE sign at the WE shop and below there was this cool rosa dress for 15 CHF – what a pink bomb bargain! this made me so happy that I had to dance a little bit for you!

the dress i made out of polyester but it feels super soft and comfortable – it is one of these dresses that you put on and you are ready to go. BUT you of course you would have to like pink. for the people from BASEL in case you like the dress – go to the WE shop at STÃœCKI they still had a bout 10 to 15 dresses there 🙂 I mean for 15 CHF thats an awesome price!

yes spring and summer have come to basel and as in the years before it is not a slight change of temperatures nooo, it is a very rapid change from 12 degrees C it jumps to 30 degrees C the next day… so for the wardrobe that means to always be prepared. I have my spring summer and fall clothes in the same place. the only things that I have removed are my winter coats and winter dresses – the rest stays because you never know you might need something with longsleeves the next day..
when I was in Paris I found this lovely bold blue silk blouse at the SONIA RYKIEL outlet and I love to wear it with other bright colors.

In the DIY post I have talked about the white lace dress and that I was changing the buttons and made the dress look very different. so this very dress was my outfit for the C&A night out at LE PERCHOIR and the dinner at the MAMA SHELTER. first I was wearing the dress with my flat animal print flats and then later on changed to my grey tamaris heels. what an awesome dress, I am looking forward to wearing it in many ways during spring/summer!
