I got something new and here is what I found out about it. free, modern and feminin. in 2008 CHLOÉ created a unique rose, radiant and fresh with lots of grace. it was very distinctive so much that it became the olfactory signature of the CHLOÉ fashion label. this special flower is the perfect symbol for delicateness  and natural elegance, which make the creations of CHLOÉ so desirable.

the rose of CHLOÉ has many facets. in the last 8 years this rose scent has always been construed and presented in new dimensions but always kept its distinct CHLOÉ touch. today there is a new varation of this iconic rose gracing the gardens of CHLOÉ: FLEUR DE PARFUM. this scent tells a completely new olfactory story and concentrates on the heart of the flower, the source of the rich and velvety fragrance. CHLOÉ fleur de parfum is pure sensuality.

CHLOÉ fleur de parfum is a generous bouquet solely made out of the delicate and precious  components of the flowers, their hearts. artistically composed by the master perfumers Michel Almairac and Myène Alran to create an exclusive perfume.
the main piece-rate is coming from the heart of the rose. unexpectedly it develops a light touch that reminds of the scent of raspberries. never before has the CHLOÉ rose presented itself in such a fruity way. the heart of verbena adds a glowing fresh and green dimension and refines the luxurious heart of the rose. the heart of the cherry blossom mixes with milky almond notes. full of sweetness and lust they elegantly top off the composition.

these are my lovely new COS spring dresses and they are perfect for the current weather situation in Basel, Switzerland. I got a navy one with a small collar and a beige one with V neck and they can be worn with skinny jeans or bare legs, with heels or sandals.

are you all ready for summer? I am so ready and at the moment making plans for our summer vacation somewhere in the south. I miss the beach and I know that after a week of beach and fun I can go back to work a lot more relaxed. I am def a beach person and I love swimming in the sea/ocean. if I had more time I would fancy I trip to California but for a week and a half thats just way too short for such a far trip. where do you go for your summer vacation? please let me know in the comments below – curious to see where you are all going.
as you can see in the photo above the dress is made out of two materials: silk and a very light kind of merino wool. I had so much fun wearing this beige dress on our short weekend trip to beautiful Cassis where C took all of these lovely photos.
beige and navy are two very elegant colors, especially in these two materials: silk and wool. when I spotted them inside COS Strasbourg I was so excited and knew that I am going to wear them a lot. the thing with beige dresses is that you need well fitted nude underwear and for my taste I always love to add a bit of color to the outfit, like my green vintage FENDI bag.

TODAYS OUTFIT

wearing a subtle mix of yellow and brown! I love to play with colors and materials and I was surprised that I have not worn this combo before. I have found all these items a very long time ago and all of them were on SALE!
the shirt I have found at Benetton in Basel and it is by SISLEY – the skirt is from FIZZEN and the awesome brown pointy pumps are from the NAVYBOOT Outlet at STÜCKI. the brown H&M leather bag found its way for 5 CHF into my wardrobe from the fleamarket 🙂 so yeah, not all of them were on SALE but all of them were a bargain.

my DIESEL haul

this is what I found at the DIESEL sample SALE in Zurich last week! an amazingly cosy scarf, a very nice teddy and a shiny silver clutch!

there were so many people present and there were so many clothes, shoes, handbags and more that it was really hard to focus and make wise decisions 🙂 but nevertheless I still found these gorgeous pieces! the scarf will keep me warm during the cold winter days here in Switzerland and the clutch is a perfect keypiece to jazzup a casual outfit and make it more chic and outstanding and the teddy, aww this delicate piece will always find a way into my daily wardrobe as the first layer always matters the most! 🙂

tiny trip to MULHOUSE france

I felt like eating a french croissant and strolling thru a tiny village. from basel it takes you about 20 minutes to an half an hour depending which connection of the SNCF. its such a sunny day today and I was wearing my Birkenstock knockoffs for the first time – these sandals are perfect for a little trip as they are very very comfy and flat.

a couple of days ago I told you about the Alessandro Striplac Starter Kit and that I really had a good start and that I got some more colors to try and have fun with! so, here we go!

I will start from left to right (see photo above)

a very nice and dark plum color

a light creamy pink

this color comes with the starter kit, a nice red with a berry undertone

a very light beige perfect for a nude mood! It looks amazing with golden jewelry and tanned skin!

a creamy pinkish peachy orange – with this color you are ready for spring!

a very light greenish babyblue – perfect for summery toenails!

#76 New York grey
this is perfect for the days where you dont feel like wearing a color, its not a very dark grey so it still looks very classy.

I love love love them and can not get enough of them 🙂 so do you have a leather skirt? How do you wear it? Are you afraid it will look cheap?

I chose a very simple way to wear leather skirts – a knitted black turtleneck top with black boots and a black bag. I think these are 3 basic pieces and I am sure its easy to find a black turtleneck and also black boots and bags. like this the leather skirt gets all the attention but still looks classy and not cheap! I guess thats one of the big fears that we have when we hear leather skirt! You can really wear it like that everyday and it wont look cheap!

I can not get enough of it!

so far I have been wearing my burgundy “H&M” hat and my beige/red “JUICY COUTURE” hat in september and oktober and in that sense I am really looking forward to fall/winter season 🙂

your outfit will look more complete you dont have to worry about your hair and you wont need an umbrella – these are only few advantages of wearing a hat and I guess there are a gazillion reasons more to wear your fedora, bowler, homburg, tryolean, cowboy or porkpie!
