zalando lounge
two months ago I ordered a lot of awesome things via zalando lounge. have you ever heard about that service? you need a login for zalando lounge and once you have your login you can see all the special offers they have. its worth to check every day as there might be new specials and deals. the day I have checked there were awesome black wedge boots with black leather fringes. something that I was looking for for quiet some time and of course I had to have them. FEDERICA BASSI boots for 159.00 instead of 595.00 CHF – thats a bargain! another piece that I fell in love with was the black and white silk dress by BOLZONI&WALSH for 135.00 instead of 675.00 CHF – another bargain, and two pieces that go very well together.
8 pieces and I saved so much money, I dont know about you but I dont think I have ever made such a bargain before. I was very happy with my selected pieces and could not wait for the parcel to arrive. and now comes the downside: its not the regular zalando service where you have your order/parcel within the same week that you have ordered, no, its not. there is an overview of your oder on the website and it will tell you that it fist needs to wait to collect all the different goods from the different warehouses they have in different countries.. I ordered around mid November and it said that my parcel will arrive between 3.12. or 19.12. so I had to prepare myself for waiting and guess what I was lucky and it arrived before November, 29. and therefore I was able to wear my new black and white silk dress with the black fringe wedge boots for the SAMSON et DALILA opera concertant, YAY!

HOW IS IT DONE
“printing, then copying and scanning digital images until a point where I felt that they possesed a certain graphic look, I wanted. the end result is then scanned at a very high resolution, printed by laser printing in an A3 size, the largest format available at the time , and later transferred to the lithographic stone by rubbing it with acetone. the back of the paper is slightly moistened with acetone, which releases the tones to get stuck on the stone, and finally it is possible to print it in the classic lithographic manner.”

I have used the I AM 10in1 miracle beauty balm and I can totally say that this product is made for a practical and busy woman with little space in their bathroom. I mean ten products in one – c’mon thats amazing, right? so let me tell you the ten thing this little bugger is good for:

3. against capillary fracture
4. prevents split ends
5. heat protection
6. anti static √
7. silky shine √
8. softness √
9. moisturizes √
10. perfect combability √
I have checked √ all the points that I can either immediately see or things that I discovered after using it for a while. to really see whether it prevents split ends and is against capillary fracture is something that can only be said after using it for a while and be able to compare it to something similar thats why I kept those points unchecked. unfortunately I have not tried the ZOÉ REVITAL crème de jour SPF 15 raffermissante and I am planning to give it to one of you – so you get to try it and see if you like it – I will announce the give away via facebook – stay tuned. to many patterns in different colors we often look like a circus clown.
that’s why I am only wearing black and white with different patterns.
mix and match is something I love to do <3 and I got quiet a
collection of things to match or mix. another thing that I am aware of
is to wear a simple hair style and a one colored clutch.another thing is that you can play with the lengths of your clothes and layer them nicely so one can see all the different patterns.

yay the sun is out! it is almost a shame that I am showing you a black and white look instead of something colorful 🙂
this is a way to wear leggings without showing your butt. I am not a big fan of leggings and short top outfits and therefore I always make sure to wear something long with leggings. so an easy tip would be to grab your friends, boyfriends or brothers shirt and wear it under your shirt or sweater – I looooove this look. ready in 5 minutes 🙂

I hope you had an amazing weekend and were able to start a fresh week 🙂 as I have already announced I found some cool things at the #hm SALE and that I will be showing you variations of outfits with those new pieces. I am so happy with all the pieces especially the black coat and the oversized white blouse.
today I wanna focus on white blouses or shirts however you wanna call them. in my point of view it is one of the key pieces of one’s wardrobe as it can be worn in so many different ways and styles. as I am quite new to wearing black and white looks I wanted to create another one! black and white outfits are very easy assembled and make a big impression. white blouses can be worn with jeans for a rather casual look or with a pattern skirt for a bit more sophisticated fashion look or with black pants for a nice and elegant touch.

today is december first and I am actually very late with showing you this post as all the advent calendars start today 🙂 anyway I felt the urge to share my idea with you – maybe for next year. who knows!

white paper / one thicker paper for template
black envelopes and cards
black pegs (mini)
24 ideas*

you could write 24 reasons why you love someone – you could give 24 vouchers to someone – you could remember 24 events with someone and re-capture them – you could draw 24 nice things – as you see I could go on and on and on with ideas. and let me tell you – the advent season is not about spending lots of money it is about caring for others and sharing love. so I saw many nice DIY advent calendars that involved buying 24 items and I think you can also make someone happy with words and only spending a little. I found all my things at Manor in basel and I have spent 13 CHF 🙂
step one
draw a christmas tree on a thicker piece of paper and use this as a template. copy the shape to the white paper and cut 24 trees.
step two
write 24 ideas on the black cards using a silver pen
step three
mark the numbers 1 to 24 on the white christmas trees with a black pen
step four
glue the christmas trees to the black envelopes
step five
hang a black cord to a wall and place the cards with the pegs
THAT’S IT! as easy as ABC or 123, right?
